In praise of early adopters
The tech survey is off to a rolling start thanks to our first two respondents:

It’s always interesting to see who will respond first. These two both responded online, which helped them win the race.
We also have our first 5-time responder: The Allegheny Regional Asset District. Repeat responses help us to look at not just trends but the evolution of specific organizations in their technology use.
